Bought 2,both had to be replaced by VEVOR. So far, 1 of the replacements broke and the other has only been used twice and I have very little faith in it to stay working. Very disappointed that VEVOR would sell these after using a lot of their other fine products.

Broken within 3 months. Now it doesnt retract. Dont recommend for anyone.

Vevor is a hit or mis company. You either get a good product for the money or you get garbage. Buy based on rolling a dice. Becuase if it comes to a problem right out the box, they will not take it back or help you. After I recieved there reply the next step was to just take the brand new product and put it in the garbage. Buy a Gardena. I wish I just spent the extra $ because I had to anyways. There response was After investigation and confirmation by our technicians, we offer the following suggestions: Please provide pictures of the top and interior. If the internal arrangement is not neat, you can pull out all the hoses, hold the clamping ball firmly, and rearrange them two or three times. They wanted me to take it apart after I sent them videos of it leaking. Why take it apart, you can see the leak. And what technicians. Do you have a garden hose technician. You will just get generic response. Like the one they are going to send after I post this. And it will go like this. This hose is unuseful for me. It is too hard to get out. I can not use it.

Wish to return it. Does not meet expectations.
