This is the 4th I have ordered and appears to be an older model. It will not retract unless fully extended. The hose is less quality

My reel hose is 5/8 hose it really needs you to go slow and give it a little help going in. The more you use it the better it seems to get I guess time will tell. Overall it’s workable

Matthew Grossmann Disappointed
I bought this a few months ago. I ordered the 1/2" hose hose reel and was disappointed that the hose wasn't 1/2". The hose is barely 3/8". The retractable hose reel works good and seems to be built well. Vevor definitely misrepresented this product.

James Shortell Go with the bigger one
Good quality product, just too small of a hose diameter wise. Not enough power, if I would’ve known better I would’ve got the bigger one.
