Many of the machine screws that allow changing the angle that the hose retracts were stripped out at the factory! *I have not contacted support.

I was hoping for more from this item. But as the price suggests there are corners cut everywhere and the design is very poor. The reason I decided to throw this out is that the ratchet on the hose reel doesn't catch, I tried repeatedly to get the reel to stop at any position but it never caught. Aggravations: 1) There isn't enough clearance between the mounting bracket and body to use screws and an impact driver to mount this. 2) The hose is stretchy, so it feels both cheap and makes it harder to control the reel because of the "spongy" feel. 3) The return spring isn't strong enough so the hose doesn't always reel back in. 4) The guide roller is recessed too far so the hose scrapes on the edge of the housing if pulling downward (ex: the reel is mounted high). This is a typical Vevor product that seems like it could work well, and is tempting because it's so cheap. But it's designed so poorly as to be frustrating to use and not worth the money. This is why the refund policy is so difficult. No one would keep their products if it was easy to return them.

I received a completely defective item and have been dealing with an absolute customer service nightmare trying to return it. I’ve followed every single instruction from their support team to provide video proof of the defect—trying multiple email attachments, direct file links, and third-party upload services—only to be told over and over that they "can't open" or "haven't received" the files. It feels like an intentional runaround to avoid honoring their 30-day return policy. Instead of taking responsibility for a broken product and providing a prepaid return label, they keep looping me through the same automated support excuses. A company should back its products and make returns straightforward when something arrives broken. I would strongly advise buying elsewhere.

L’enrouleur fuyait dès sa première mise en service!

Purchase a brand new hose, but the one I received was open!

Lorsque j'ai reçu l'enrouleur, je l'ai soumis à un test de pression et tout fonctionnait correctement. J'ai ensuite fixé l'appareil au mur, mais je n'ai pu dérouler que 20 mètres sur les 30 prévus. J'ai essayé de réenrouler le tuyau d'air et j'ai entendu une sorte de coup sec à l'intérieur de l'appareil. J'ai retiré le couvercle et j'ai constaté que le ressort s'était détaché de ses fixations. J'ai signalé le problème au service client et j'ai été informé 24 heures plus tard que je n'aurais en aucun cas dû retirer le couvercle de l'enrouleur et que, par conséquent, la garantie était annulée. Malgré la livraison rapide, je me méfierais du modèle de 30 m.
