I purchased the VEVOR Pressure Washer Hose Reel expecting a durable and reliable product,However, the auto-retract system quickly started having problems. The hose constantly gets tangled and jammed during rewinding, and now the automatic rewind barely works. I have to manually guide the hose every time, which defeats the purpose of buying a retractable reel. The reel feels sturdy, but the main feature the auto-rewind mechanism is unreliable. For a product advertised as heavy-duty and designed for pressure washers, I expected much better quality and durability. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.

Comme tout ce que j'ai acheté sur vevor jusqu'à présent,ceci est un autre produit décevant, quand j'achète un reel automatique c'est pour qu'il soit automatique, si je suis obligé de le rentrer en le tournant ce n'est pas automatique. Dernière acquisition sur ce site...

My package got stolen and xcotton and vevor shipping protection doesn’t do anything

Drum itself is ok. But the hose is to stiff and is made of plastic inner tubing. I think i may have to replace the hose. All in all its an ok buy for the price.

I literally bought this product use it once and then it doesn’t retract no more. I contact support and it’s been over a week and haven’t got any answers

Awful it slipped off the bracket spinned out of control and broke it literally worked one time i get it was cheap but it honestly should not have broke that quick

Damn thing was leaking from the hose they provide instantly. Everything done right thread tape and tightened down. Still spraying out. Just junk quality don’t suggest buying unless u want to spend another $50-$100 in repairs

This thing is complete garbage. The connetors leak, the hose will kink no matter what, and it won't return completely. Don't bother trying it because it is junk.

Absolutely trash received 2 bad ones tried getting them to work out of the 2 and couldn't even change the fittings as the stripped the threads coming apart. First wouldn't fit the quick disconnect fittings next one didnt retract so tried switching fittings and it broke even more and gave up.
