Works as intended, little bit of slop and movement, but not more than is managable. Only real issue was the input hose, it didnt have a correct fitting for me to use. I cut the inlet hose and pressed on a new fitting for my Kärcher. Thats when i found out the inlet hose is NOT A 3/8". IT'S A 5/16" HOSE. which is fine, but because the description is wrong, i ordered the wrong fitting.

Hardware bag was ripped and missing pieces. Also missing whip hose as pictured. Can’t use yet until I get one we’ll see how it works

The adapter house connecting to the inlet of the pressure washer leaks no matter how tight it is, even with teflon tape. I've been working with support for several days to get a, replacement hose.

Overall its a nice product, but the way the hose hookup is make sit hard to hookup the hose and then wind it up, it needs to be at a 90 degree angle instead of the angle it is at.

The item i bought is what i recieved and am happy with it and would like to continue to purchase other items BUT i will be deleting your app because when i buy something it does not get delivered to my address it gets left 75kms from my address and then i have to travel to pick it up . The fact that the third party delivery company called DEX refuses to deliver to my address after they take my parcels from your delivery company called Hunter Express and i dont have any choice as to how i would like to get it delivered by a company that delivers to my address i will not be purchasing any products from your web site . Yes i know i may not be a great big customer but any customer lost is revenue that is given to other people that do deliver to my address . I hope that this is not deleted as i will be taking a screen shot of this review so if it does disapear i will be able to post on other forums . Thank you

Good for the price with some issues. The hole does not fit an uberflex hose too small a passthrough for the collar I had to bend metal to get it working. The brass fitting that fits it a m22-14 was long and caused my hose to hit the bottom, I ordered a shorter one online. Also the hole where the hose goes through was already damaged when I received mine.

I will be honest I use VEVOR a lot. For the most part no issues. However I recently took receipt of this hose reel. That was missing the mounting, bracket, pieces loose everywhere in box, some form of surface rust and the manual was shot. I’ve had issues with submitting tickets in the past so I hope they’ll make it right and I will update my review based off of that. Essentially useless without a mounting bracket specifically for it and being sent to me like it was used is wild…

I received this product which is now my second Vevor product to arrive broken and obviously not tested. The 3m pipe came and is leaking like a tap not sealed correctly at all. The actual device is decent for the price but seems very shaky when actually winding up the hose. Not impressed at all. probably my last vevor order. No help at all when told the product was broken. No replacement no help !! Not good enough VEVOR.
