- Does NOT include HOSE
- Does not have correct connector for attaching the reel to pressure washer. The short hose that comes with, has a M22, but does not seal like pressure washer M22 does. It needs a very specific washer, which is not indluded. These kind of pressure sealings should not be done with flush washers like this one does..
- Cannot change the connector, connecting the rectractable hose to the reel.
+ Otherwise the reel is very sturdy and thick steel. Surprised.
+ Cannot beat the price. Considering all minuses, still forth the price.

Fast handling order and shipping, but that doesn't make up for the fact that it wasn't even possible to pre-tension the spring by the recommended number of turns before it came loose inside and failed to retract as it should.

Grundsätzlich ist das Produkt sicherlich gut und in Ordnung.
Aber was hier sehr negativ auffällt, ist das kein Schlauch dabei ist (Wiedersprüche in Beschreibung und Kommentar!)
Es wird einem leider auch kein passender (Plug and Play) Schlauch vorgeschlagen!

Produit annoncé comme étant vendu avec le boyaux. Arrivé vide. De qualité moyenne. Je ne comprends pas le prix si le boyaix n'est pas inclus!!

Damn thing was leaking from the hose they provide instantly. Everything done right thread tape and tightened down. Still spraying out. Just junk quality don’t suggest buying unless u want to spend another $50-$100 in repairs

Absolutely trash received 2 bad ones tried getting them to work out of the 2 and couldn't even change the fittings as the stripped the threads coming apart. First wouldn't fit the quick disconnect fittings next one didnt retract so tried switching fittings and it broke even more and gave up.
