Unit works great,

This is a decent product. The quality of the product is excellent and it works absolutely as advertised! However. I have great water pressure where I live but the small diameter hose on this exact model does reduce the water flow significantly. If you need a good flow of water from your retractible hose system, spend the extra money and get the 5/8 inch model.

Works great. Only complaint is that hose does not fully retract if there is pressure/water in the hose because of how much the hose swells.

Seems to be a super great product after using it a week but I do wonder how well the hose is going to hold up as the hose itself is very light weight which I like so if the hose does last then this product is 5 stars all the way down the line and is there replacement hoses available when this one breaks if so I would like to purchase one

I have uses it like 5 tomes only and i have several times where it doesn't want to rewind all the way back, I pull out and it goes but really slow.

We are using the retractable hose reel in a boarding stable and so far it is holding up well. Some difficulty with the self rewinding but works very well with a little assistance. No more horses stepping on a hose laying in the aisles!

I have not really put it to much use yet. I do not have a suitable place to mount it on my mobile home so I will have to dig a hole and plant a post. The unit is substantially weighty. The bracket for mounting looks good but I still think there will be a significant amount of weight pulling the bracket and post. Time will tell if it is a problem. I did connect it and use it. I had to hold it down to pull the hose out, but the water did run and I did not see any leakage.
