Customer Poor quality nozzle, broken hose, no customer support.
The included nozzle is very cheaply made and leaks. Upon attempting to remove it to use another nozzle, I found that the hose end spins in place, rather than un-threading from the nozzle. I'm now left with a leaky nozzle stuck on the hose, and customer support has not responded after nearly 1 week and multiple follow-ups. Would not recommend this product.

I bought two of this hose reel. One last year and another in April 2026. The new one started to show signs of wear. I have used it less than 10 times. Not happy with the quality. It’s not durable.

Flower Grower Hose burst after less than a month
I got this unit, and it worked nicely for just one month. Then the hose burst, spraying water everywhere inside the unit and rendering it unusable. Very disappointing!
I reported this to VEVOR and was told by their helpline that I would get a detailed response in 48 hours. That was four days ago, and still no response, which is equally disappointing!

Just missed the return window or else this would been returned. Does not retract like it did after a month of use. It stops about 15ft from reel. Not 5/8 like it’s advertised. Once it finishes failing it will be trashed and never buying another one again. I put a 5/8 hose next to it. They are selling a 1/2 as a 5/8 hose.
