Lower water pressure on property. On well. Should have ordered the 100' 5/8 reel. Keep it in mine if your on a well system

Rick 5/8" Reteactable Hose Reel
Shipping was pretty quick. I haven't used it as its March in Alberta. Dissapointed in the quality of the reel itself as I decided to go with the 5/8" hose vs the 1/2" because I wanted the more robust reel. Surprised to see the smaller, lighter duty reel when it arrived.

Joshuah Broke at end of summer
I have (had) two of these hose reels. they are great but when I was putting the hose away at the end of summer the spring broke inside and would not wind back up. So sad, $100 down the drain. I'm going to buy another because the price is good. Hopefully it will last longer.

Overall I like it
It pulls out easily, locks in place and reels back fast
However at the end of the season the plastic pin that holds the reel to the mounting hardware bent under the weight of the reel and was very difficult to pull out. It is permanently bent and will be hard to use in spring

While using this retractable hose reel. It stopped going all the way in. Now I have about 5 feet of hose hanging out the front that won’t go inside the reel. I have not had this very long. I have two other ones that work perfectly, this one, however, is not working.

I bought 2 hose reels. The one I bought in September has a faulty hose fitting. This matter is under review at vevor. I just put in a replacement request, just waiting to hear back. This review wiil change depending on the outcome from vevor.

I have 1 Gir@ffe retractable hose and wanted a 2nd for my garage hose. Found a great price on this one but it is just OK. The real makes clunking sound when extending and retracting, the hose is quite stiff, and it often needs a little help winding back in even if the hose if fully drained. It is OK for occaisional use but I'd be very frustrated if I had to deal with the shortcomings daily.
