cheap Chinese junk. I bought two. one for my mom and hers broke 6 months ago. one for us and it broke yesterday. of course the VEVOR warranty is up. they last about as long as the warranty. I assume you get what you pay for.

Package came in quickly, however after installation hose would not retract back. Popped the side cover off and these 3 screws had been stripped / the plastic ear they screw into was busted. (These screws hold the spring in place to allow hose to retract.) I was able to pull hose all the way out and put screws back in the other 3 slots… still unsure why it only had 3 out of the 6 screws…. Then was able to manually spool the hose back up putting tension on the spring now that the screws had it locked in place… it retract a little fast, Assuming that it’s because it had to be modified straight out of the box to work.

Don't buy spring breaks

Spring broke after 6 uses. I wrote the company and after going back and forth for two weeks they offered me $31.00 versa sending me a new one. Beware....

Junk! Didnt even make it 4 months. Quit retracting hose.

leaking from inside … probably a hose problem ?

Bought 2,both had to be replaced by VEVOR. So far, 1 of the replacements broke and the other has only been used twice and I have very little faith in it to stay working. Very disappointed that VEVOR would sell these after using a lot of their other fine products.

Broken within 3 months. Now it doesnt retract. Dont recommend for anyone.

Vevor is a hit or mis company. You either get a good product for the money or you get garbage. Buy based on rolling a dice. Becuase if it comes to a problem right out the box, they will not take it back or help you. After I recieved there reply the next step was to just take the brand new product and put it in the garbage. Buy a Gardena. I wish I just spent the extra $ because I had to anyways. If the internal arrangement is not neat, you can pull out all the hoses, hold the clamping ball firmly, and rearrange them two or three times. They wanted me to take it apart after I sent them videos of it leaking. Why take it apart, you can see the leak. And what technicians. Do you have a garden hose technician. You will just get generic response. Like the one they are going to send after I post this. And it will go like this. This hose is unuseful for me. It is too hard to get out. I can not use it.
