This hose reel worked better than other one i purchased. At least it locks in.
Very upset with vevor. They say i have hassle free returns but then say i must pay shipping.
Isay . Go find other people to lie too about hassle free returns

I think the only thing i can complain about. Is the thickness of the hose. It def needs to be thicker, but over all nice

This is a decent product. The quality of the product is excellent and it works absolutely as advertised!
However.
I have great water pressure where I live but the small diameter hose on this exact model does reduce the water flow significantly. If you need a good flow of water from your retractible hose system, spend the extra money and get the 5/8 inch model.

Chris Good product
Works great. Only complaint is that hose does not fully retract if there is pressure/water in the hose because of how much the hose swells.
