J.R. Great buy
I bought this hose reel to replace a metal hose rack that rusted out and broke. This hose reel is made of high quality materials that looks like it will last a lot longer the the metal one. It does produce less water pressure than the hose it replaced. I believe it's because of the diameter of the hos is smaller. But that's how you get 130 feet of hose. Very happy with this purchase and I recommend this hose reel if your looking to replace one or to keep your area clean and organized.

Product seems good. I bought 2. One was defective at the end of the hose/sprayer. I had issues getting support with any fix.
I needed to talk to a human, but that isn't possible. So it's hard to explain issues and get quality service.
But, still a good product.
