John Neatness counts..
We have owned this unit for about 6 weeks. So far it works OK. It is best to drain the hose before rewinding as, if the hose is under any pressure, it will not retract all the way and there is no adjustment. However, as long as you remember this, it is a solid unit, easy to install and sure looks better than the old hose on a hook. I will give it 4 stars

lynn.gannon1378 Decent hose for watering
I love having a retractable hose. I purchased the 1/2" 100ft hose. It is difficult to pull past 50 ft, the hose does kink, and the pressure is poor if you need to wash something but its great for just watering plants etc....

Bruce Bradley Plastic pin can bind
The hose reel is very good, but I should have looked at the description a bit closer before purchase (price caught my eye), the first one I bought had the metal bracket and pin, this one had the plastic. The plastic is harder to align, binds up, and for me eventual will not be as sturdy. Again the hose reel and sprayer are very good and worth the purchase.

Ro*** Retracts Nice
Easy to install although mounting bracket seems a little weak. There is just enough give to seem that it is not secure.
Retraction works well and not too fast. Nozzle produces less pressure than one I bought at other store.
Overall, happy with this purchase and would buy again.
