Well so far so good. I've bought two of these and so far, they have worked very well. The hose pulls out and reels back in nicely. I've had the one in the back yard for about 3 months and the one in the front yard 1 month. Both came very fast delivery and no damage to either of them. There are no defects to either one that I could see. The only issue I have is they don't supply enough water flow to work a standard sprinkler. So, I had to make one up out of PVC pipe with sprinklers heads that I could adjust the water flow. It seems to be working very well. So far, I'm very happy with them. It's nice not to have too manually reel the hose back in. It reels in fast, but I slow it down because I don't want it slamming into the front of the bezel hard.

Really nice addition to the house, easy install and easy to use! Great product for the price

Great quality. Great price.

I Installed the hose reel for my wife to water her hanging baskets. She say’s it is very easy to use and absolutely loves it. Definitely a great deal and recommended to others.

Arrivo puntuale Facile da installare Funziona molto bene Prezzo ottimo, data la qualità Mi fido di Vevor

Love the hose hookup like ease of use. Was easy to install. The price was right. Hopefully it will hold up.

Ersten Sommer vorbei, funktioniert immer noch ohne Probleme, nur die Farbe lässt nach in der Sonne.

Sehr gutes Produkt, schnelle Lieferung , alles IO

As advertised. Easy to assemble and operate. Only caveat is that hose diameter is too small for use with lawn sprinkler or pressure washer due to decreased water flow; but that is not a design flaw. Perfect for use as a light, handheld watering system for garden. Thanks, VEVOR!

Wall mounted, holds up well. But care necessary to properly affix to selected surfaces. Applied to shiplap siding on house, took care in finding/mounting on studs. Wind back is vigorous and one should be careful as hose can accelerate and the hose head can snap back with sufficient force to cause damage or painful impacts on body. Looking forward to seeing what it looks like after 1 winter. Might dismount for the season to not find out...
