NiMoGreen A struggle
The only issue I have it that the hose doesn't lock. I have to hold on for dear life to stipe it from retracting while using.

Great quality hose real. Easy to install and functions perfectly. It keeps the backyard looking tighty and it keeps my wife from tripping over the hose.My only complaint is that. I wish that it came with a three quarter inch hose.

Weej Check the package carefully
My hose arrived minus the steel mounting plate and the hardware. Customer service gave me a bit of hassle over this and I never got the parts.
The hose works fine and installed easily with the hardware I had on hand.
Much easier for my wife to use.

linda wife
Used all summer without too many issues of kinking and rolls up nice. We have a long driveway and multiple garden this allows us to water easier and more often.

Linda Mckenzie Great hose
I know it seems strange 4 star review yet 5 stars in all the categories. The reason for 4 stars is the hose whips back into place so fast and hard it can be destructive to plants & things near it. I slow it down by loosely holding it.

jj709 Great product
Purchased this Hose Reel combo for my parents home in May 2023 and they are extremely happy with it. My dad is 82 years old and said that it was very easy to install; he installed it on the side of their house and the hose can reach beyond the property line. My mother is an avid gardener and said she loves the length of the hose, and the fact that it automatically retracts. They didn't particularly like the nozzle because it is a slide on, slide off function instead of the normal trigger; a minor issue, but worth mentioning.
Their overall impression is that this is a great product and worth the cost.

Makes for easy use of a hose, pull out, use & it puts itself away. No wasted time, saves space & it speeds things up.
