All good. Arrived on time in 4 days and it works great. Tried it right away on my 1 ton truck wheel lugs torgued at 160 ft-lb and it ripped them all off with no effort. My older Impact wrench rated at 250 ft-lb wouldn't budge the nuts. Great price and works great too.

This impact is a lot heavier than I thought it would be, It is hard to use. It has an over kill of power. it's hard to hang onto when you pull the trigger. The trigger is on the back side of the handle, it's always getting hit when I'm trying to get it onto a lug nut.

The trigger is on the outside of the handle with no guard so if you put it down the trigger makes the gun go, nearly broke my wrist. Very very dangerous

If only it took the lug nuts off of a wheel... then it would be what I thought it was before I bought it. Try to return anything they want to give you half of what you paid whether defective or not.
