No spare battery available.
Disappointingly, it has limited battery life. You cannot buy a spare battery, as is available for other brands of stick vacuums. Frequent returns to the charger are required. Very inconvenient. If I were to buy another, I'd look for one with an accessory battery available.

This is an awful vacuum. If you're not single, living in a ten by ten space, and using it less than once a week, it is useless. First run out of the box and I was instantly disappointed. Better for a little kid to learn and play with in their own room.

Leider ein Gerät erhalten, wo der Akku kaum aushält. Der Akku geht sehr schnell leer. Muss von Anfang an ein Defekt gewesen sein. Bevor wirbt mit 30-Tage Rückgabe, doch der Kundenservice strebt sich ein Etikett auszustellen und es wird eher diskutiert, als geholfen. Werde leider nicht mehr bestellen.
