NOT a very good piece of equipment. Maybe better than nothing but NOT a Dyson either.

I have a damaged wall bracket the contact points for charging the unit one is broken I have no luck in getting any support or warranty please advise

I can’t believe Vevor asked me to review it, its not a vacuum, not even a sweeper because the brush stops spinning as soon as you go over the the smoothest thinnest carpet… they didn’t even want to back, just refunded it, they know it’s junk.. save your time, avoid the hassle they put your thorough when you request a return.

Very cheap feeling. Feels like a kids toy.

So it’s a mixed review for me. The vacuum itself is great for the money. yes the battery life could be better but for under $100 it’s not bad as long as you don’t use it on high suction. The real issue is VEVOR does not sell the replacement filters for it so basically it’s a one time use product when the filters are used up. So I don’t recommend it until they figure out the filter issues.

I ordered this unit and the power cord and tools were missing. I contacted customer support and was given an option for a $47.00 refund I.. and keep the remaining items. Without the power cord to charge the unit I can't use the product... I said "no" send me a new unit and I will ship the old one back..... after going through nauseating back and forth, photos and video request they agreed to send a new unit... this has been going for more than a month. they agreed to send a new replacement. never came. I then get a email said that the warehouse doesn't have the product. they offered me $74.00 because it had been so long I said yes to refund.... I didn't realize at the time I paid $93.00........ can you believe they give you less than you paid? how can this be fair? this company has no repair or replacement parts. they want to give you a partial refund to shut you up.

So dissatisfied. Worked great for two weeks and then it was giving me a no load protection error. My only option is to contact sales for services or repair 🫤

It has quit working with an error 2 after a month

Junk, head flops around like a broken dolls neck and after one charge and use it comes back with an E1 code. Which identifies that it can’t pull vacuum, that is not correct it does have vacuum THE BATTERY WONT CHARGE ! Reaching customer service is a hassle and it is probably easier to get your cc company to reverse the charges. Know what you’re buying, nothing is special, the price = the quality… so the old American saying holds true, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Let’s see how long this post stays up!
