braswell.tl1962 Their are no spare parts that you can purchase yet need another battery.
I love the way it cleans, but if run on high the battery doesn't last long about twenty minutes, and takes almost all day to charge .Love the machine, hate the battery

Darn Great price, terrible suction
This seemed great but the suction is almost non existent.
Side by side against my Dyson this doesn't even compare. Overall waste of money and materials. Unfortunately.

james gleason No good
This vacuume was worthless. It did not lick up the dirt just left lines on the floor where it swept it. I had to disconnect the head and use it with no attachments and it still did not suck hard enough. I tried for a week and put it in the dumpster

Dara Edwards Poor battery life and suction
Do not buy this. It has very poor battery life and suction. I reached out to Vevor re: the issue and I wanted to return for a refund and they refused. Don't be like me and waste your money and be stuck with a product that does not work. Its very poor quality and even worse customer service.

Raymond Searcy Great vacuum poorest of poor description and accessories!
First off,,Love the little vacuum. Bought two of them. Contacted Vervor wanting to order an extra battery for each and was DENIED! Nowhere in the description did it explain or go into detail that it was made overseas , which I knew of course but was told after I was denied, that you can’t buy an extra battery for these due to shipping! Makes absolutely no sense! They deal with millions of overseas shipping every year and “can’t” ship extra batteries for these! Piss poor service with an even worse excuse or answer! They did say if it broke they could fix or replace!! Someone please make sense of this!!🤷🏽♂️🙄
