or*** Good service, inconsistent quality
308 Chiodi - 60 x 40 cm - 12 Pezzi
The company was very responsive throughout the return process. They kept me informed at every stage and promptly refunded my money, so customer service was not the issue.
My concern is the quality of the panels. The first two boxes I ordered were very good quality, but the following boxes were noticeably inferior. Since my project was not yet finished, I placed another order for 12 panels, hoping to receive the same quality as in my first order. Unfortunately, the latest panels were again of the lower quality.
I did not request another return because I did not want to put the workers through the additional work. It is disappointing, because I would have continued ordering from them if the quality had remained consistent.

Alascico Difficile da unire i pezzi
Combinazione 3D 400 Chiodi - 50,8 x 50,8 cm - 8 Pezzi

These panels were very disappointing, about half the thickness of the grass wall rolls. And not as realistic

Uncle Pretty cheesy
64 Chiodi - 25 x 25 cm - 48 Pezzi
Items came bent and unable to bend them back, very cheesy and cheap appearance. Decent for the money if you don’t mind looking unprofessional though.
