This isn’t a very heavy gun safe but I knew that going in. That being said, it’s not some light weight piece of junk either. It was delivered very fast, was pretty easy to put together, and looks great. It has plenty of storage for about 6-7 rifles/ shotguns if you have optics and other accessories on them. The key pad is a great feature and it has an alarm that goes off if the safe is moved around. It has a storage shelf on the top and has pockets on the door for handguns and magazines. I’ll be buying another for sure now that I’ve seen this one in person. The locking mechanism is very sturdy as well. For the price you can’t beat it!

The equivilent price safe is a very small safe with a key lock which is basically a high school locker.... this is so much bigger and the door is so much safer. Highly recommend this one in particular as it has a usb input if yours batteries die and you dont want to get your key. Has features a 1000$ safe doesnt even have, and if you are like me, you want to be able to actually move it in your house without requiring 2 guys

The guns case is ok for storage. Keeps guns out of household dust. Its hard to open because there is no handle in which to grab. Just the keypad and it's not easy to grab. I added my own fake door handle.

Overall it is a good buy. Understand this is not a gun safe. It is made of 11 gauge sheet metal except for door. You use sheet metal screws to assembly it. It is not a robust as a welded cabinet from Hornady. The door is solid and it would take a lot of work to pry the cabinet open so I consider it safe. If you are looking for a "Cabinet" to secure your 2A items, this is a good deal. If you are looking for something to protect them through a tornado or house fire, go to an actual gun safe.
