J’ai reçu le colis apparemment conforme. Mais à l’ouverture des éléments de l’armoire était déformé et tordus. Je suis déçu jusqu’à maintenant je n’avais pas eu de problème avec mes achats chez vous.

I ordered this shelf it’s not very sturdy but over all looks decent however every panel has damage. Rather than offering to replace the damaged panels I’m left hanging. I submitted pictures of packaging and damage yet no remedy. The price is fair but just know you’re stuck with whatever you receive.

The product is not great. The cleaning item does not fit properly, and the size is not accurate as described.

It came and half the panels were already bent. It is very thin better off buying a better one from some where else.

I contacted VEVOR about the shipment of the above order right after receipt of item, and I've never heard back from VEVOR UPON DELIVERY THE PACKAGE WAS UNLOADED IN A DITCH NEXT TO MY DRIVEWAY. after opening the box the cabinet was bent in several places I tried to put the cabinet together but there were dents that kept the holes from lining up. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO WITH THE CABINET.; I WOULD LIKE FOR IT TO BE REPLACED AND I CAN RETURN IT ( THE BENT ONE) OFF THE RECORD THIS IS SAD WHEN A DELIVERY PERSON WOULD TAKE NO INTEREST IN DELIVERING AND UNLOAD SOMETHING LIKE THIS NOTE: I KNOW THE PACKAGE WAS EXTREMELY HEAVY AND I THINK THAT THE DAMAGE WAS DONE ON HOW IT HIT THE BANKS OF THE DITCH NOTE: PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT COULD BE DONE ABOUT THIS MATTER SINCERELY THANKS GARY P.S. PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP

The quality of this product is absolutely abhorrent. It’s a paint to put together with really poor screws, and it is so flimsy nearly every piece I took of the box was bent somewhere. To hold lighter and smaller things like detailing products, sure, but to hold actual tools or boxes it’s just nowhere near worth it even for the price.

TERRIBLE, DISAPPOINTED, PURCHASED 5/2026-RECEIVED,OPENED, PART A & PART B MISSING-CANNOT EVEN BEGINNING TO INSTALL,MOST IMPORTANT PARTS, CONTACTED SUPPORT, TOOK DAYS, AND DAYS TO EVEN RESPOND, THEN WANTED PICTURES, THEN STILL WAITED, FINALLY REC'D RETURN LABEL, SEND A REPLACEMENT,OPENED BOX PART A & PART B MISSING AGAIN, THIS IS CRAZY, STILLL DEALING WITH CUSTOMER SERV. WANTED A RETURN LABEL AND REFUND, SAID WILL SEND PART A&B BUT NEED TO WAIT ON BACKORDER, WANT A FULL REFUND, BUT GETTING RUN A ROUND, NOT HAPPY, I BEEN WAITING WELL OVER A MONTH FOR A STORAGE LOCKER, THIS IS NOT WRITE, VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE WAY THIS WAS HANDLED.
