Un montant doit m'être restitué et je n'ai rien reçu.

The item arrived on time, matched the description, and was very easy to assemble, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality wasn’t what I expected. A part broke shortly after I started using it, and I reached out to customer support on March 21st for help. I wasn’t looking to return the product — I actually want to keep it — I just needed assistance with replacing the broken part or receiving a partial refund.
What has been disappointing is that I never received any response at all. Good customer support makes a big difference, and I was hoping for at least an acknowledgment or some guidance.
I still like the product overall, but the lack of communication has been frustrating. I hope the company can improve their support moving forward.
