Olan Works Like a Charm

This little opener works great for my 14’ roll up door! I recommend installing it if you are on a budget and need an opener.

Once you find a way to support the door, it installed easily, aside from having to cut out some metal on the end of the roll up door so the prongs can slide in (bought 3 of these). So far working well on 2 (10'x8') insulated rollup doors, and 1 (14'x14') insulated rollup door. Had to adjust the down force (via the menu interface buttons) on the 14'x14' door so that when it hit the closed position it didn't start auto opening.
...not having to get out of the car to pull on a chain, priceless. It's amazing anyone would install a rollup door with out this option, unless no electric available

I am only giving this one star I would give it a zero if I could I received the unit it doesn't operate at all you plug it in it does nothing customer service hasn't helped and I applied for a refund or a replacement and I have no answer at this point very very unhappy with this product and the company.
8/14 UPDATE
I was sent a replacement unit which works perfectly I didn't like the delay in shipment but all said and done all is well
