After a long install. The product worked as stated for 6 days. We then noticed that the remotes, even at the gate, wouldn’t activate the gate right away. It would take a few clicks. Now 6 days later, you have to click it 20 plus times to get it to open. So either trying to get into the gates or out, you have to sit there trying to get it to open. VEVOR said there are no solutions to this. We even tried ordering an external receiver to help solve this problem, plus the fact that the remotes that come with it will NOT sync to your cars’ mirror garage door openers. The external receiver VEVOR suggested also does not work. Again, VEVOR said there’s no fix and they can’t replace the panel itself. So we have to now uninstall the entire system and replace it with a different quality system. Customer service by the way takes 24 hours per email response to any issue or help requests. This was 5 days of back and forth to find out there’s no solution.

Bought the double swing gate and one arm didn't work. Been going back and forth with the company and they keep telling me 1 to 3 days everytime and would not help me or even give me a proper answer one week after.
