Wish I could rate the chains 5 stars and the binders one star. Binders greatly disappointed one handle would not screw in due to flaw in casting, another had the ratchet piece off center and would not ratchet without helping it snap back into place manually, handles will not tighten up and will fall out if left in binders. Chains are good binders not so much.

Binders are decent, handles are and binders are 2 different pieces and handles do not stay screwed in very well, they are very loose. First time I used them on the return trip home 1 of the handles unscrewed and fell on the road somewhere and I had no clue until I arrived back home. Probably will not buy these again for that reason.

Got 3 chain binders was suppose to get 4. One is missing a handle. I also only received 2 out of 4 chains. Emailed with there AI customer service and it’s been like 2 weeks now and still haven’t received missing parts.

Bought these about a month ago. Missing important pieces. What a surprise. Took over three weeks just to get someone to say I'm getting some money back. Still hasn't shown up. Turns out, it's not enough. Can't buy the missing pieces. So I have chains and binders with no handles. Should have known better. Another lesson learned. Never guy from here.

I ordered two sets of two and only one set was delivered, I’m missing half of the order. I need the missing set to be delivered. I’m still waiting for the refund or the missing set to arrive. I added pictures.

Unfortunately not wiorth it in Canada it must have WLL marked on it to be legally used for commercial use in Canada so it was a waste of money for me. 👎
