Got 3 chain binders was suppose to get 4. One is missing a handle. I also only received 2 out of 4 chains. Emailed with there AI customer service and it’s been like 2 weeks now and still haven’t received missing parts.

Never got order. Where lost in transit.

Bought these about a month ago. Missing important pieces. What a surprise. Took over three weeks just to get someone to say I'm getting some money back. Still hasn't shown up. Turns out, it's not enough. Can't buy the missing pieces. So I have chains and binders with no handles. Should have known better. Another lesson learned. Never guy from here.

The service from your company..... sucks........I bought 2 sets one binder does not work....I have spent hours trying to get this solved.....nothing being done...the other 3 binders are fine

Binders twist with the chain and need 2 people to operate these Metal poles that go in the binder are so loose they fall out

Heavy duty ratchet chain binders were so crappy made they will not even work, extremely dangerous garbage, they did give me a very small portion of the cost back though

I received a package. It was half open missing two pieces reached out to VEVOR , they said it was the carriers problem. The reason I was missing two of my pieces which in my opinion if you’re selling a product and the purchaser does not receive all of the product does not matter whose fault it is you should make it right they agreed to refund me 30 or $35 and I have yet to receive that refund on my card. The product itself works well it’s just they leave a bad taste in your mouth when they’ do not fulfill their promise of making sure the customer receives the entire product so therefore I have found a new distributor to buy my products from. I really wish they would’ve done the right thing because I would’ve continued to buy from them very often.

were good other than broke a chain second time i used them just be sure to keep well lubricated

The ratchets are nice but are hard to swap from tightening to loosening. Also the handles vibrated out the first time I hauled my tractor with them. I recommend either putting some thread lock or tack welding them. I reached out to Vevor for a set of replacement handles and they said they aren’t available only full sets (binder and handles)
