The chain and binder work well. The only complaint is the rubber grip slips when you try to snug it up. A bit of glue under the grip should make that issue go away.

These are strong, heavy chains. I recommend applying some grease to the binder threads when you receive them. Easy to use and does what it's supposed to.

These are good and well built.

Overall you can't beat them for the price. When mine arrived they came in 2 separate boxes and appeared to be made at 2 different factories. Not a big deal just something I noticed. 2 of the binders I bought were not lubricated and had some pretty significant rust inside the threads. I had to take the apart and clean and lubricant them before I used them. The other 2 were all good to use. Overall a good purchase.

I use chains and dogs a lot and was looking for an economical package to support one of my trailers and this was the best deal i could find. I'm used to 3/8" binders, these accept 1/2" chain so they're a little clunkier and wouldn't fit where I normally put binders (because they're longer). The hooks don't fit tighly around the 3/8" chain (again, because 1/2") which is something to think about when hooking upside down (when gravity could pull the hook off in the event it gets loose). At first I hated the removal handle but now I like it, I keep the handle detached until the last 3-5 turns, making it easier to fit the binder in tight places (and faster ratcheting). I do keep handles off trailer though, I'm afraid they could fall out if left threaded on the binder itself (very coarse threads). I like the big lever to change binder direction. Rubber grips are comfortable but are already slipping. I would not recommend if these will be out in the weather, I think the weather resistance is going to be the weakest link on these binders. Chains seem fine. I would probably buy again even though I like the 3/8" binder better than the 1/2" because of the price point

I prefer to use these binders vs the nylon ratchet straps . They don’t work loose/stretch/tear. Lube the ratchet to make it easier to use. Watch that the hooks don’t get twisted while tightening else they will unwind and create slack. Lots of chain! I ended up shortening my chains to avoid a lot of loose chain to wrap up. Easy fix.

Great for the price hold down my 580 super E backhoe just fine. Got here in a timely manner. Love vevor products

The handles do not thread in properly. Disappointed with the threading

Wish I could rate the chains 5 stars and the binders one star. Binders greatly disappointed one handle would not screw in due to flaw in casting, another had the ratchet piece off center and would not ratchet without helping it snap back into place manually, handles will not tighten up and will fall out if left in binders. Chains are good binders not so much.
