I didn’t want to put a review and I was waiting for your response to resolve my issue that I reported less than a month from the date of the purchase but after couple emails from you just telling me that you escalated my issue from service to another without any solution and to day I received that if you don’t hear from me in 24 hours you will consider this issue as solved, I will say it’s not and I will not wait for your response I already replaced your product by another brand and I will never order anything from your website in the future
