Very nice

The tower is loved by the cats. They will sit on it in the window most of the day. It comes with lots of parts but not bad putting together.

Price is great, quality is fine, my 2 issues upon assembly was blindly lining up the screws to the precut holes. I was getting quite frustrated until I finally figured my technique using ball point pen. Second issue was stretching the material enough to get the interior posts to stand up straight. After taking out my aggression on the poor posts, I was eventually successful. As far as design, I placed this new cat tree beside my older existing tree. My cats use my original tree to climb over to the new one. It seems getting from level 2 to level 3 is not that easy. None of my 4 cats have used the hammocks yet, but I have hope.

This thing is awesome! Other than FedX delivering to the wrong address, the cat tree was received well packaged. It went together really easily and only took about twenty minutes. The cat is already checking it out and using the scratch polls. Another great product from Vevor.

This Cat tower is fantastic! (something I thought I'd never say in my late 40's) It was very easy to assemble, and so far, my cat(s) love it. (Yes, cats is plural, yet another thing I never thought I'd have in my late 40's) The only reason I did not give this product 5 stars, however, was the process of getting it here. I understand that some things are out of our control, and Mother Nature can disrupt this process, which I'm more than understanding of. It appeared, however, that my package was misplaced in a warehouse somewhere, as the "status" didn't change for nearly seven days (when I tracked it). When I reached out to customer service, although very lovely, their explanation was vanilla and came off as a cookie-cutter response, as if they were talking down to me. Then it felt like I should be okay with their answer. When I pressed them further, the only suggestion they had was to issue a refund, which I did not want to do. In the end, it did show up, but it took a little over two weeks. I was told that I would get a $20.00 refund for my troubles. I have not seen the refund yet, so I'm not hopeful it will happen. It ultimately seemed like their employees were not very knowledgeable, so if there is any takeaway here, I would spend some time working on problem-resolution tactics with your support staff. Other than that, the tower is a hit!
