Après 2 essais, je suis très satisfait de mon achat. Le colis a été expédié très rapidement et sans détérioration du produit. J’ai réalisé une distillation de reste de chèvre de l’année précédente, et un essai de whisky. Le résultat est très satisfaisant, j’arrive à obtenir en 1,5h / un litre à 60%. Le seul défaut je dirais que c’est la qualité des robinets, à voir avec le temps… Pensez à commander un réceptacle pour alcoomètre du type https://a.aliexpress.com/_EHJeBmo

I bought it with a friend to distill palinka (a traditional hungarian fruit liquor). The machine works great. Can be heated on gas stove, also on open fire in an oil heat exchanger bath (we tried both). Easy setup, easy cleaning, great filler in the rectification tower. We made 80 % alcohol palinka from 10 % alcohol fermented base, with the rate around 0,5 liters/h once the distillation stated, the heat up was 1 h for 40 liters of fruit base. Thermometer is accurate, alcoholometer is good as well. We set up a cooling loop in a large bucket with the pump, changing the water to fresh cold one once per hour. Flavor is great. We were very satisfied with it.

Jó minőségű anyagból készült, a heggesztések lehetnének szebbek is, de a funkciót nem befolyásolja. Jók a kiegészítő termékek, ezeket mind külön kellene megvásárolni, így viszont ezzekel is spórol az ember. Érdemes réztöltetet beszerezni, valamint digitális maghőmérőt a precízebb lepárlás érdekében, mivel a toronyban lévő bimetálos hőmérő kissé lassan reagál a változásokra. Összeségében megéri, de talán az 50 literes jobb választás lett volna számomra. Kiváló pálinkát lehet vele főzni, ha bizonyos dolgokat betartassz a folyamatok során.

Pálinkafőzèshez egy edènyben, olajba állítva használom, így nem èg le a cefre sem. Vèkony anyag, de stabil. A deflegmátor toronyba rèzhálót tömködtem, így megkaphatja a rezet a párlat, ha kèri. A kerámiagolyókat forró vízben kifőzöm, majd sütőben kiszárítom, így regenerálom. Szerintem egy okos, jól kigondolt rendszer. Direkt lánggal fűtve nem ajánlom, mert az alja is vèkony, de duplafalúkènt használom, ez engem nem èrint. A deflegmátor használható aromatoronykènt is, tehetünk oda szárított gyümölcsöt is. Maximálisan ajánlom.

This is probably the best distiller on the market when it comes to price-quality-features. It is very versatile with its center column, as you can even place flavored fruits or botanicals on that mesh. The bottom is doubled i believe and well built. It even has a false bottom and comes with a mesh and a bag if you really want to place solids inside the boiler and have them about 10cm above the bottom. All the valves are a nice addition as you can actually re-run your heads within the same run (just by pouring them in). It is a good quality steel and I've look at al the solders and they look good. However you do need to clean it nicely before use, because it comes from the factory and it can still have leftovers from the soldering process. I also want to give a big shoutout to the Vevor Support team, because while the packaging was ok (all components fit inside the boiler), all of them were protected in shipping except the Alcoholmeter which came broken (because it's made of glass and the other components must have moved around inside and stepped on it), the Support team quickly responded to the issue and resolved the issue. They were great!

Après une erreur de livraison (la a faute du livreur), vevor à été très professionnelle, réactif, à l'écoute, top. Je recommande vevor les yeux fermés. Le distillateur est de qualité comme convenu. Merci vevor !
