So far, we've used this slicer for roast beef and raw red cabbage. It worked very well for each of these. Overall, we're very please with the ease of use and quality of this slicer. As people mention, it is a little difficult to wash it, but once you learn the process, it isn't too terrible. We recommend this slicer.

Nice slicer, good quality ,does a great job if slicing. I sliced smoked cheder cheese , summer sausage and smoked bacon straight out of the smoker. Everything was frozen but he bacon and slice like butter except the bacon which was warm. Next time i will freeze the bacon before slicing. I am very pleased with this slicer.

Macchina difettosa, ho un problema serio con il coperchio della lama , la macchina non la posso utilizzare, e molto pericoloso rischio di farmi male , l'ho messa da parte non la utilizzo , non chiedi l rimborso , ma solo una macchina che funziona bene , e soprattutto con il copri lame che chiude bene , . This slicer works great it is smooth and the blade doesn't bog down. I've used it about a dozen times to slice meat for jerky and is easy to use and clean. I took two stars off because on my third use the dial to select the thickness fell off and it took a good 20 minutes to get it back on but now the numbers are meaningless as I could not get it calibrated correctly. Overall all the dial is not a huge deal to me and I am still happy overall with the slicer. If I had to replace it for any reason I would buy from Vevor again.

My slicer is one year and 5 months old, and the bearings are roaring and now it will not start. Do I need to send it in for repair, are someone coming to repair it. I have the 3 year warranty, Help..

Koupi jsem přístroj 20.7.2026- Přišel poškozený 21.7.26 jsem oznámil poškození 22.7.26 jsem odeslal zvuk který přístroj vydává 24.7.26 Technik VEVORu zjistil závbadu poškozený řemen 28.7.26 informace že byl odeslán řemen 5.8.26 jsem napsal že řemen ještě nedorazil 7.8.26 informace, že řemen došel do skladu ( asi VEVORu) a je hned odeslán 11.8.26 informace balik se ztratil a jiný nebudou posílat. nabídka na vrácení části peněz za poškozený řemen. Opravu si mám sehnat v okolí bydliště. 15.8.26 nemám peníze ,ale mám doma nový špatně fungující přístroj . Opraváře nemůžu sehnat jestli ho seženu nevím kolik bude stýt oprava a jak prokážu ,že je v záruce? Děkuji

I purchased the VEVOR 10” Commercial Meat Slicer directly from VEVOR. It was delivered on August 31, 2026. When I first received it, I was impressed. It seemed well made, and the first time I used it, it worked great. Before using it, I washed the removable parts in the sink with hot water and regular dish soap and let them soak for around three hours. There were no issues. After the first use, I cleaned the parts the same way. They again soaked for roughly three hours. The next day, I noticed significant discoloration on several of the metal components. At that point, nothing was rubbing off, so it appeared to just be discoloration. I then left for work and the slicer sat unused on the counter. About a week later, my partner came home and handled the parts. Black residue transferred onto her fingers simply from touching them. The photos I’ve included show the condition of the parts and the amount of residue that came off onto her fingers. What makes this particularly concerning is that this slicer has only been used once. This isn’t wear and tear on an older machine. As soon as I learned the black residue was coming off the components, I stopped using the slicer and contacted VEVOR. I sent them photos, explained exactly what happened and simply asked them to advise me on what to do. I didn’t immediately demand a refund or return. In fact, I actually liked the slicer and would be happy with a replacement. What makes the lack of response even more disappointing is that I’ve been a VEVOR customer for years and have spent thousands of dollars with the company. I’ve continued buying from VEVOR because I’ve generally been happy with what I’ve purchased. I wasn’t looking for an argument or immediately demanding my money back. I simply expected a company I’ve supported for years to respond when I had a legitimate problem with a nearly new product. VEVOR told me I would receive a response within 48 hours. It has now been six days. I’ve followed up three separate times and still have no response or resolution. That’s probably the most disappointing part of this experience. Products can have problems. What matters is how a company stands behind its product when something goes wrong. This is a machine used to prepare food. When black residue is transferring from its components onto someone’s fingers, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the manufacturer to respond promptly and tell the customer how they intend to address it. The frustrating thing is that I really liked this slicer. It worked great the one time I used it. I would much rather be writing a positive review about it. Unfortunately, after six days, three follow-ups and no resolution, I’m left reviewing not only the problem with the product, but also the after-sales service. After years as a VEVOR customer and thousands of dollars spent with the company, this is not the level of support I expected.
