Super einfach zu Bedienen, was fehlt ist ein Werkzeug die Schneidscheibe zur Reinigung auszubauen.
Ber Filet schmiert die Schneide und ist sehr schlecht zu reinigen, kommt man einfach nicht gut ran.
Sonst ein geniales Gerät.

Matt Good for price
It works well, easy to use as far as setup and setting slice thickness etc, the catchment area where the meat lands after slicing is a bit awkward, and there is a few nooks that are hard to clean up. But all in all a good machine for its price.

Jason Excellent slicer
Would have been a 5 * if the carriage (slide bar or whatever you call it) was much bigger. 7" on a 12 inch slicer is terrible.
I bought this so I could slice whole pork belly when making bacon, yea well that's a fail. 6" slices is the best you get.

Works as expected! Love it and the price is just right. I would say this is a home version not for a restaurant unless you had a station that was not going to be slicing heavy duty items.

It does what I need it to do. Bit of a annoyance the amount of meat that gets stuck in around the blade and the amount not sliced. You have to stop when slicing a bunch cause a large section of meat will start hanging between the slide and the machine.
Overall given the price I recommend it.

Solid machine, Does not cut like a true commercial grade top end slicer.
Cut Turkey for the church function and did not match the commercial grade slicer provided by the church.
It cut Venison nice and slim to make Jerky. That went very well.

Works as intended. Slices nice and thin. Only tried on lunchmeat so far. Will be tiring it on partially frozen round roast for jerky next.
