Absolutely what I was looking for ..a great quality slicer and a budget friendly price. Thank you Vevor

I really wanted a nice meat slicer ... but didn't want to pay the many hundreds of dollars association with them. Saw this product, the price was very right, so I took a chance. Thus far I have used to cut deli type meats, including prosciutto. It slices well, seems to have ample power and runs very quiet... as a deer hunter hoping to use for my venison jerky. I am very happy with my purchase ... and it's a lot of fun. My use is recreational and non-commercial .... I would highly recommend it to others. Good Job Vevor!

I've been looking for a 10" slicer for some time and this is a very nice one. it is well built with all you need to slice whatever you need to slice. I sliced some store-purchased ham and turkey and it did a great job not creating shrapnel while slicing very thin. Then I sous vide some tri-tip and after searing and cooling it, I sliced it and it came out beautiful! The slicer is very easy to clean; I wear some protective gloves before wiping it down due to the EXTREMELY sharp blade

Bought this to make bacon but have not gotten to that yet. But in the mean time I've made donair meat and turned mini hams from the grocery store into deli sliced sandwich meat.

Super matérielle pour faire du traiteur maison mois elle m'a servie pour préparé mon repas de.mariage

This Slicer is very heavy duty, and well built. Shipping was fast and the slicer was packaged extremely secure. This is perfect for my small business. This is actually the best one I have owned.

Bought 10 inch, 340 w slicer. Sliced 40 lb of jerky meat. Put slabs on flat cookie sheet then in freezer for 5-6 hours to stiffen up. Took 1 cookie sheet out at a time and sliced into jerky strips. Slicer worked great. Will be slicing home cured/smoked bacon next. Was easy to clean, just removed blade and tray,

Trancheuse, semi-professionnel fonctionne parfaitement, je l'utilise pour un usage domestique. Elle est très pratique de par sa taille et sa lame lisse. L'éguiseur est inclus un plus pour la machine.
