Anyone can write a great review about an item, but one about the post-purchase resolving an issue I feel is just as important. 1) Item worked upon arrival but the blade was slow and stopped after 1 seconds. 2) Ticket put in for return and instead was given support to troubleshoot first. 3) A guide bracket had come loose in handling and the belt was slipping. using pictures taken to show the problem, support sent proper videos to show how to fix. 4) Belt had a worn spot on it so a replacement was FedEx'd out to me. 5) With the guide bracket in proper position the slicer has been flawless since. The replacement belt serves as backup in case something goes wrong with current one. Overall I would say this support experience went very well. Something I am sure most find hard to handle. It did take almost 2 weeks to get sorted and a new belt but they were responsive and very eager to get the unit working again. The unit itself is great and slices everything we have thrown at it including proper baked bread loaves. Not frozen items tested though. I am very satisfied with the slicer now and a huge thanks to their support team for their help instead of boxing up a 48lb slicer and returning it. Excellent job VEVOR!!!

This slicer feels like a commercial grade slicer compared to my old meat slicer. This thing is amazing! I use it to slice meat for my cheesesteaks and it’s best when the meat is still slightly frozen. I get the steak sliced extremely thin which in turn creates an amazing cheesesteak! I’m getting hungry as I write this lol. Go birds!

It is a product with excellent production quality and very good finishes, short without any effort and makes things easier for you.

have used it to slice swiss cheese did a good job did bog down a little but my cheep slicer stopped when I tried it,also sliced 3 three lb tubes of sausage which were mostly froze. Went thru them like butter extremly pleased with this slicer.

High quality meat slicer, easy to use, end product is like coming from a deli. Easy to clean, haven't used it yet but comes with a blade sharpener.
