I have been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years. I have now started my own thing with fresh deli sandwiches and needed a meat slicer. Since I had already gotten the prep station and was impressed with the quality, I thought I would give the slicer a shot. The slicer is just as good as any that I have worked with in the past. It is heavy and that's a good thing. Some parts are hard to clean but not anything a bottle brush won't fix. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Well made. Great value. Would work well in commercial setting and is EXCELLENT for home if you have the space. No regrets purchase.

Elle fait parfaitement le travail pour trancher très finement, sans forcer toutes les charcuteries que je lui impose. C’est vrai que pour un jambon blanc en bloc du commerce ça serait plus compliqué car le disque de découpe ne serait pas assez grand (il faudrait la taille supérieure je pense) Mais pour tout le reste c’est vraiment parfait. Pour ma part, j’en suis ravi.

Very high-grade commercial-feeling unit. Can't recommend it enough. Anybody making lunch meats or processing different types of meat has everything they need to sharpen and maintain the blade edge. Very easy to clean.

Il y a longtemps que j'avais envie de m'offrir cette trancheuse. La qualité est excellente, jambon de pays coupé à 4/10e de mm environ, ananas en tranches de 1 mm pour faire un carpaccio, saucissons, rôti, pâté en croute.... Utilisation quasi quotidienne. pas bruyante, coupe nette et propre, parallélisme parfait, Nettoyage très facile un véritable matériel de classe professionnelle

The product received was as per the product advertised; the slicer has worked really well, and I have just purchased a second one. great value for money, delivered on time. Would recommend to anyone requiring a good, solid meat salami , ham, prosciutto slicer .

Great slicer and a great price worked great for meat and cheese

Used to get lunch meat sliced for free (when buying the whole package), but now they charge to slice. So I figure in about a year I'll have paid for it. Plus I can use it to slice other things. Only draw back, I wish I would have went with the 12" slicer and then there is the cleaning. But over all it's been great so far.
