Hard to use at times because of broken leg.

A little disappointed, cuts cheese about 95% of the way. Just wished it would cut all the way through.

In a restaurant setting trying to prepare sliced cheese for sandwiches. This device is not strong enough or does not provide enough leverage to slice through medium cheddar cheese. You have to create the tiniest square block in order to be able to manually move the wires through. I have full grown adult adults, putting their entire body weight onto it, which it does withstand to its credit, but the wires only barely move through the cheese. Perhaps what we need is an actual cheese slicer with a blade, but I was trying to avoid the multiple thousands of dollars in my team would rather just use their knives.

Tried cutting a block of cheddar cheese 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" and it would not cut all the way though. Just ended up with cheese stuck between the grooves where the cutters were supposed to go. I would not recommend this to anyone.
