I know it's a cheese cutter, but that is not how I am using it. I saw online it was good for cutting blocks of Spam. I do not eat Spam, but I do eat a lot of Scrapple, which also comes in blocks but is a bit softer than Spam. I am cutting them in 3/4" thick slices. This is good, because when you grill Scrapple, it shrinks about 1/8" or a little more. I usually end of with a little over 1/2" slices grilled. It comes out perfect. Also, the product is extremely easy to clean after slicing.

Only trick is to learn how to slice and then switch your cheese to cut small squares. Not difficult at all! Love love this tool!
