Works awesome slices veggies very quickly and I love how you can precisely choose how think or think the slices are, also comes with suction so it doesn’t move while using and extra replacement blades.

This slicer is so easy to use! I was a little skeptical at first but it has proven itself to be a hands down winner.

I purchased the plastic version to process a couple bushels of tomatoes. It arrived fairly quickly but the box was damaged. After opening and inspection I noticed that the blade was bent and cracked, very disappointing as I already had the tomatoes and didn't want them going bad. I contacted vevor and they replied within a reasonable time and after a couple of emails they shipped me another slicer. From the time I contacted them, to the time the second arrived was just over a week, not ideal, but the tomatoes survived. I was able to process them all very quickly. The slicer worked as advertised. That said, as some others commented, it does throw the slices everywhere and they are not always uniform thickness, but for my needs it didn't matter. As for the throwing, the second slicer (missing with the first) came with a plastic shield that certainly helped a lot (I tried without it first) but doesn't completely eliminate the problem. Again, not a huge deal. All in all, it does what it says it'll do. I sliced the tomatoes at the largest thickness, about 1/2 an inch, which was exactly what I needed. It's very fast, takes longer to refill the hopper than the slicing. I don't think I would recommend the electric version, I doubt it would same any time and the manual doesn't take any effort to use. I also tried some potatoes at the thinnest, it was like paper. I adjusted it a bit and it made perfect scalloped potatoes. If you need to slice a lot amount of vegetables, this is the tool for you. After the initial disappointment of the damaged first unit, vevor did a good job getting things right. 4.5 stars. Almost perfect.
