Zakupiłem tą krajalnice dla krojeniu mięsa dla produkcji Beef Jerky, i powiem on skrócił mi czas pracy w kilkanaście raz. Caly czas jest jedna grubość miesa i kazdy kawałek miesa jest tak samo skrojony. Już przerobiłem z 50kg mięsa i za kilka minut jest pokrojone 20kg beż problemów. Polecam!

The slicer arrived with safety switch broken, kinda cheaply made ( the switch). Customer service was horrible, I could not get to speak with a real person and the AI service did not have an option to speak with someone. Slicer does work very good.

Worked really well the first time had issues a second time, but whoever cleared it up, it is impressive the way it cuts jerky

Its wonderful machine. My 3hours of work trimmed down to 30minutes. Its very useful and practical highly recommended

I saw lot of different reviews, and decided give a try. And I am right, the meat slicer I got is good price, quality amazing. easy to operate! Very Recommend to restaurant owners!

I second guessed myself on this purchase, many times.. tried to cancel order but Vevor moved forward with shipping. So I was going to send it back.. it sat in my living room for a couple of weeks. Kicking my butt, saying this was an unnecessary purchase, yada yada yada... long story short.. I do not know how I could have ever doubted this purchase. I buy sirloin tip slabs of meat-15+ lbs worth at a time. I would cut up for various purposes. sometimes it was for jerky or to sous vide and use as sandwich meats. it would take me 1-1.5 hrs to cut up and clean up the meat and then portion out. this machine is a beast.. I dangled the meat over blades and lowered slowly. it grabbed the meat and sucked it out of my hand..so slick so easy to use. heavy duty.. this is such a time saver. clean up was easier than i thought it would be, based upon other reviews and complaints. just unscrew the nut and remove the blade housing and put in hot soapy water.. i used a thin knife to get in between the blades for anything stuck, ran hot water down on the blades. put back on machine and oiled the blades with olive oil. I would recommend this machine for it's ability to get you back real time in your life. especially if you buy meats and need it cut thin. 1/8th inch is perfect for jerky and other purposes. I cut up some chorizo salami i had, through once and then turned it and put through a 2nd time, now i have the perfect meat pieces for pizza. I would buy this slicer again, don't hesitate if you want consistent cuts. I use it for my side business..
