wolf5958 nice slicer
I found this to work well for what I bought it for. I use to cut up about 20 pounds of carrots every few days for my animals. It makes short work of it. Clean up is fairly easy as well. For the money this is a nice time saver and does the job well.

Bjr,
Rien à redire. Appareil simple dans son usage. Parfait dans sa qualité. Un petit détail amusant. Le poussoir à légumes translucide qu’on cherche parfois. Et ouvert pas facile au nettoyage. Sinon, pratique et simple

toyin fantastic
This slicer has made my work so much easier! I make plantain flour, yam flour, and ginger powder, and I used to cut everything by hand. It took so much time that I was honestly thinking about giving up on the business because the process just wasn't worth the effort.
After doing some research, I found this slicer, and it has completely changed my workflow. The blade thickness is adjustable, and I use the thinnest setting because it helps my products dry much faster. I also use it to slice fresh ginger, and it works perfectly every time.
It's sturdy, easy to use, and has saved me countless hours of work. If you need to slice large quantities of fruits or vegetables, I highly recommend this product. It's been a fantastic investment for my business.
