It came broken

I was confident in Vevor so when I got my slicer I just put it with the rest of my processing equipment. First time I tried to use it it didn’t work because the motor was completely broken from the frame. At this time I no longer had the box or anything. I just ate the price of this slicer. I will just get a more expensive brand the next time I purchase and will be a little more reserved in my decision the next time.

Arrived on time. Does not work. Motor was inoperative, and did not turn the blade. Customer service put me off saying they would get in touch within 1-3 business days. All I wanted was the address of where to return the slicer. No go. Not very helpful.

I purchased this 10 inch meat slicer on aug 4 2026 ..When it arrived the box had no visable damage.upon opening and removing the packaging everything seemed fine.After plugging it in and turning it on the motor just hummed and blade would not rotate.upon further inspection I could see the blade was misaligned and touching the bottom of the blade guard.The blade shaft was also loose.when turning the slicer on its side to look at the bottom I could hear something rolling around inside.customer service is extremely hard to contact and after 5 days absolutely nothing has been done.and I have yet to even speak with anyone.when you call a recording says no one is available to talk.my next step is to contact my credit card co to see if they can get anywhere with Vevor.This customer is very unhappy.I have seen many other negative reviews also.I hope I can just get my money back,all though I really wanted to use this slicer.How hard is it to inspect this machine before shipping to make sure it works?

We purchased this slicer and received it on 7/12/26. It was broken when it arrived (no damage to the box, obviously shipped broken) and not functional. We sent a picture immediately to the and were offered $66 as a refund a week after hassling them for a response. We refused, they then offered half of the original purchase price as a refund (seriously, wtf) or a new slicer. Okay, we asked for a new slicer sent. Received it on 7/28/26....IT WAS ALSO BROKEN AND DID NOT FUNCTION. All we wanted was our money back and they bullied us into another broken slicer and will not take phone calls. Now we are in this process all over again almost a month in with no slicer for our staff and had to buy another one still being out this money. Don't buy anything from the non reputable company. You cannot talk to a person and if theyre product is broken they won't ever give you your money back. Updating to say that after our review went up here and the main website, we were eventually offered a full refund which we received within 1 week. Overall it took roughly 1 month to wrap everything up, but we did eventually get our money back

Good afternoon. I am writing to let you know that I received the slicer, but it does not work; I believe the blade is jammed underneath the tray. It is of very poor quality—I didn't realize it was made of plastic—and, most importantly, it won't even start. You can see that I am a frequent customer of yours, but this time I need to return the product for a refund because it is non-functional and made of cheap plastic, whereas these slicers usually come in food-grade aluminum. I need to return this item as soon as possible.

Defective slicer arrives. The blade is so tight against the plastic housing, it will not spin. Completely unusable. When I try chat, I'm told a "technical" support person will get back to me in the next few days via email. What I need is the send it back and get a refund, not be treated like this junkie thing is somehow supposed to be our inability to use a meat slicer as we have for many years for our cafe.
