J'ai acheté cette trancheuse il y a moins de 2 mois, et je ne suis pas satisfait du tout, je suis déçu, elle est très bruyante, un bruits de frottement, je ne recommande pas du tout.

I bought the meat slicer late September 2026. The manual says to clean before first use. Typical Vevor manual, doesn't relate to the model slicer I have. To remove the blade there are 3 Phillips head screws holding the blade in place. Two screws came out easy, the third one won't move at all. I used penetrating oil several times, didn't work. The slots on the screw are starting to strip. I contacted chat and told him of the problem. He asked for pictures which I sent. He referred me to After Sales Team. They contacted me the next day and said to try a small flat screwdriver and I tried that. Didn't work. I emailed back and told them didn't work. HAVE NOT HEARD BACK. I have not used this slicer at all and even if I did, there's no way I can clean it properly. I may have to drill out the bad screw but this will probably void any warranty I may have. I should have bought a different brand.

Mine was missing the sharpener shown at the top, so there is a portion of the blade that is exposed when in use and could cause serious injury if one isn't careful. This is not a "commercial" food slicer. It was struggling to slice swiss cheese, it just wouldn't slice a harder cave aged cheddar, and overall it seems very underpowered. My old Cabelas slicer with a 7" blade did a better job at slicing cheese. I have no idea whether this has plastic or metal drive gears, so we will see how it lasts, that is if I end up using it very often. Honestly, I'll either return it if possible or give it away. It seems too weak to be much good. It probably does fine at slicing breads, and maybe it will do okay at slicing meats, but cheese seems to be beyond its capabilities. The closest the pusher gets to the blade is around 3/4", so whatever you are slicing, that is how much you will be unable to slice. Also, the motor housing sticks out perpendicular to the blade, so if what you are slicing is stiff like the cheddar I tried to slice, it will run into that housing and stop rather than bending and falling onto the food tray area. This means that you can slice a maximum of 3-1/4" blocks of cheese or other foods. This is also a nightmare to clean. As you can see in the photos, little shavings of food go everywhere when you use it and there are a lot of little nooks and crannies for it to get into. I have been trying to get help from Vevor's Customer Service, but a week later haven't gotten anywhere. The chatbot just ends up taking you to email, and the email customer service hasn't offered any solutions but just sent me an email saying they will automatically close my case in 24 hours. I have been happy with previous Vevor purchases, a warming oven and a dehydrator, but this experience completely ruined it. I won't be buying anything from Vevor again. I will stick with a reputable company that values their customers.

Slide on, it does not come back far enough for big pieces of cheese blade rusts. After cleaning would not buy again or recommend it. Where do we use to get back to me on the claim? I put in

It has a 10 inch blade, but you can barely use half of it. Not even enough room to cut bacon

Cheep made. Slices ok. For the 10 inch blade. It’s only has about a4.5 inch cut. Only thing that it will cut is small

Item does not work on USA 120V Regular outlet. Information says it does but it does not. Switch will not ingage because not enough voltage.

It came broken

I was confident in Vevor so when I got my slicer I just put it with the rest of my processing equipment. First time I tried to use it it didn’t work because the motor was completely broken from the frame. At this time I no longer had the box or anything. I just ate the price of this slicer. I will just get a more expensive brand the next time I purchase and will be a little more reserved in my decision the next time.
