Great slicer , easy to use , and clean , lightweight so it's easier to move around, I sliced very thin ham , roast beef , minute steaks , beef jerky. Works perfectly

I've got this slicer about 3 months ago for my birthday. And I can say that it's the most perfect gift I have ever received. This slicer is a beast, I've sliced pretty much everything up to now.. probably over 250lbs of raw cold cuts, aged dry meat and fresh meat. Blade is super sharp and I've have not sharpen it since and still slice everything like butter. You do need to do some ajustments to ensure everything is thigh and secure, but Once setup, it's heavy and stand still. Super easy to clean, only need 1 allen key to take the blade out to clean it and then clean the machine inside and out. I Really love this and can see years and years of savings since we buy wholesale cold cuts from Costco Business, I make 15-20 packs of various meat and freeze them in vaccum sealed pack. The Black forest Ham we did at first 3 moths ago is still fresh as new from this week. Made sandwiches and it was super fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend this Slicer..

This is a good home use slicing machine. It works well and easy to clean plus it comes with sharpening stones.
The only complaint I could say is I should have bought a larger slicer so it could handle larger size meat and cheese.

Have used it once so far but it did a great job slicing what I needed really thin. Easy to take apart and clean. Really happy with purchase of the slicer.
