The meat slicer is top quality construction and works well. I primarily use this to slice meat for dog treats and it definitely can tear through meat in seconds. It really is a nice unit.

I’m a home user, not a commercial kitchen, and overall I find this electric meat cutter very useful. It cuts meat quickly and evenly, especially when preparing hot pot or stir-fry portions. Once the meat is properly portioned, the slicing itself is fast and efficient. However, cleaning takes quite a bit of time. The machine has multiple parts and corners that need careful washing, so cleanup is the most time-consuming part of the process. In terms of time spent, for me the ratio is roughly: Meat portioning : slicing : cleaning = 3 : 1 : 6 If you’re okay with spending extra time on cleaning, this machine works well for home use and delivers good cutting results. Just don’t underestimate the cleanup afterward.

We purchased this for our small business to help us cut meats for dog treats. The unit works great. Only thing I would warn you is that after a few washes, the replaceable blade unit got rusty pretty fast. Gonna have to replace blade soon. Bought this in July area and it's October now.

Can't cut anything just jams up, I received the worste customer service. Instead of doing the return I requested, I'm just offered a few bucks to keep it. I WANT TO RETURN THIS!!! Then my ticket was closed. I'm now going to have to contact my credit card company for a return and chargeback. Ridiculous. I'm never going to buy a vevor product again.

It worked great for the first hour then the blade slipped &wouldn’t stay engaged. Submitted a support ticket & they closed it without resolution. Great for an hour.

The mashine is working fine but it takes ages to clean it after use. That will prevent me from using it

This doesn’t work as good as they show in the videos I could not get pork loin to go through it and had problems at slicing onions. Not Only the cabbage they said to use to clean it. I did contact them and they had me tighten the nuts even more had to really torque them down. It does work better. They gave me an option of returning it or giving half of my money back. I really wanted this thing to work and it did work better after I torque the nuts down, so I took half my money back and just careful how much stuff I put in it at one time and it is very difficult to clean if you run meat through it

Works great for Venison roasts or backstraps but will not work on shanks or tendonous cuts of meat. Easily cuts into Jerky using 5mm blades which saves a lot of time. Also works fantastic on green peppers. Not so well on onions, jams immediately as the onion is too firm. Will not work on apples even when sliced into 1/3 size. Apple that does fit comes out minced, breaks apart. Works great on bananas for creating banana chips in the dehydrator. Overall pleased with the product. Watch those fingers while removing the blades for cleaning, very sharp!
