Nice product

I bought this to make jerky slices and it does this perfectly. It is a tad loud and way heavier than expected. The blades seem to clean easily but need to be coated in cooking oil or similar right afterwards or they will start to rust.

This machine is awesome! Read other reviews and take warning you must respect this machine as you will eventually cut yourself. I highly recommend buying some butchers metal mesh gloves for when you do your own deep cleaning but still have bandages ready. Maybe run two whole cabbage heads sliced into wedges for the first initial cleaning to remove the protective oil coating off the blades. This machine is worth the risk of injury as it reduces the many hours involved in slicing and dicing to mere seconds.

Bon appareil seulement il ne fait pas ce qui était annoncé, c’est à dire une épaisseur réglable de 2,5 à 10mm, c’est fixé à 3,5mm. Pour moi l’appareil reste au placard tant que je ne trouve pas une solution comme par exemple changement de couteaux pour faire du 2,5mm. Voyons si le service client ou le constructeur peuvent faire quelques choses

I really love this product. The only problem is that I’ve used it twice and now it doesn’t wanna work right like it just spins it just it’s not doing what it’s supposed to do. I mean other than that when I used it it was really good.

Works well but doesn’t like bigger pieces or firm pieces of meat.
