This machine is heavy. It is nosier than expected. But the ease of use for cutting jerky meat outweighs everything else. What used to be a time-consuming task is now done within minutes. We use this to slice goose breast for jerky and fajita meat. I did run 2 heads of cabbage through it to get the shipping oil out of it. The first head was black when shredded. It is easy to clean with high pressure water, and I turn it on for a few seconds before I slice the next time, I use it to get the dried-up slivers out. Best purchase!

This meat cutter has reduced the time needed to make a batch of jerky. Just be sure the pieces aren’t too large or it gets stuck in the blades.

Worth every penny. I can slice an entire deer for jerky in less than a minute once the muscles are ready. Also great for stir fry and vegetable slicing.

Amazing meat slicer. Cuts so much and so quickly. Easy to use and clean as you pretty much just add the metal inserts and to clean you just remove them and pour boiling water in. Definitely worth the money as we have made 6 batches of jerky in just 2 weeks!

If you make jerky this is by far the best investment you can ever make!

Could not be happier with this machine! What use to take 30 minutes, now takes 10! This machine slices and chops my smoked briskets like butter. Simple to use, clean and store. It's a little heavy for the size, but well worth it!
