Hi! Bachi 40lbs of meat in 10 minutes
We love our meat slicing machine. We have had it for 6 months now. We use it for our food truck meat prep. We have to slice our beef into smaller chunks to process it. However, when we process our chicken thighs, those go through as is.
We usually do a case of 40lbs of chicken in about 10 minutes since we only pass through machine 1 time.
The beef usually is about 15 minutes since we pass it through the machine 2 times.
This has saved us so much time & money! 100% recommend!

Bon appareil seulement il ne fait pas ce qui était annoncé, c’est à dire une épaisseur réglable de 2,5 à 10mm, c’est fixé à 3,5mm. Pour moi l’appareil reste au placard tant que je ne trouve pas une solution comme par exemple changement de couteaux pour faire du 2,5mm. Voyons si le service client ou le constructeur peuvent faire quelques choses
