Je viens de recevoir la trancheuse A priori, nickel, mais …… Comment se fait-il que je reçois une machine qui a une prise américaine et qu’elle est avec une tension maxi 120 volts alors que j’ai fait un achat en France et je suis domicilié en France. Grosse erreur de la part de Vevor je suis très déçu pour une première commande. Could not initiate return.

I have been trying to return a wrong order that was sent to me. No luck getting a response that means something. I need to return this item for a refund. But no one helps. wtf horrible customer service. Pissed customer. Shitty company. Want melt money back yesterday? Pathetic the way you are handling this.

I bought the Slicer about a month ago for my new activity. The slicer came a bit scraped and looked like it wasn’t new but I did not pay too much attention. From the start it wasn’t the best quality but it was quite fair to the price. Two weeks after it got worse. The spinning knife already disengaged twice, that is very dangerous. Also it slice really really bad, the knife is not even straight, breaks the salami, the ham. Everything to pieces, instead of slicing it properly. Very disappointing as it was not cheap! And is not working properly a few weeks after the purchase!!!

All corroded and rusty right out of the box?? Returning immediately for another brand

I made a reclamation that button for seting is damaged and machine has strange noise. In a week I received only information that they will send me new button. Nothing about strange noise.

Los pros: -Sacar de la caja y a trabajar(llego muy golpeada por el transportista) -Potencia suficiente para frescos, que es el uso que yo le doy. -Fácil desmontaje para su limpieza. Los contras: -Después de usarla dos veces en dos años, aproximadamente una hora cada una de las veces, el apoyo antes del disco ha cogido holgura entre el eje del soporte y el soporte. No es una pieza única sino que el eje es de acero y la base del soporte de aluminio, sin ningún tornillo ni pasador para evitar el giro. Lleva un tornillo en la parte superior trasera para ayudar pero tampoco esta alineada con el disco de corte. -Los acabados vienen con demasiadas aristas cortantes y rebarbas. -Para ajustar el carro tienes que sacarlo completamente para acceder a los tornillos de fijación que están en la parte inferior.

Bought this to slice sourdough. Doh! Does great on meat and cheese, but it really needs a serrated blade for the tough sourdough bread that we make (which does not come with it). Have asked Vevor to provide a 10" serrated blade for this unit, glad to buy it, hopefully that will happen. Easy to clean though. But believe it or not, the blade gets bogged down on hard sourdough crust sometimes and stops, with the electric motor straining but still. Also, it does not cut completely through the crust and you are left with one side of the bread crust-less and a long piece of uncut bottom crust when you are done, no matter how you place the loaf in the slicer. Crushes soft bread before it cuts too. Definitely a great meat and cheese slicer, NOT A GREAT BREAD SLICER!!

La precedente affettatrice, professionale, acquistata per uso domestico, dopo più di 40 anni di onorato lavoro ha cessato di funzionare. Comprare un prodotto identico mi sarebbe costato almeno 650 - 700 euro. Ho quindi optato per questo prodotto "cinese" che funziona discretamente anche se, in cuor mio, rimpiango il modello che avevo. Qui alcune considerazioni: - Il piano di scorrimento non è perfettamente parallelo alla lama rotante. Questo si vede chiaramente quando lo spessore è a zero: la parte superiore della lama è perfettamente combaciante col piano di scorrimento mentre la parte inferiore è leggermente sporgente. Lo spessore della fetta non è quindi costante. Forse si potrà intervenire con la regolazione delle viti. Comunque è un difetto non grave che si può riscontrare solo se si fanno fette di salumi sottilissime. - L'affilatura della lama, da nuova, è buona ma non eccellente. Qualche difficolta al taglio di salumi molto stagionati e particolarmente duri. Forse procederò a fare una affilatura con l'accessorio in dotazione. - La macchina è molto silenziosa - La lama rotante è in posizione elevata rispetto al piano di deposito salumi, e quindi la pulizia risulta agevole. In definitiva non sono del tutto entusiasta dell'acquisto ma ritengo che sia accettabile in considerazione della grossa convenienza economica che fa chiudere un occhio sui difettucci e conferma la discreta validità del prodotto.

It arrived nicely packaged. The first use was great, then after the first use, it became so loud. It is unberable to operate. It is worse than a tractor trailer. There are better options. It is very hard to clean.
