Trancheuse achetée dans le cadre d'une utilisation non professionnelle, non quotidienne, mais régulière à domicile. La trancheuse est très simple à utiliser, les pièces sont faciles à démonter et à nettoyer. Le remontage est rapide. Grâce au nombre de tours à la minute et aux différents réglages, les coupes sont efficaces et régulières. Cependant, et en toute logique, la trancheuse est un peu lourde et encombrante par rapport aux petites trancheuses que l'on trouve en GMS, mais la qualité n'est pas comparable.

We bought this on October 4th, we are a small business that makes bacon the old fashioned method and use this slicer for slicing the bacon. I love this slicer however there was a piece missing from the box called the plastic baffle which is not a problem I still use the slicer. I reported it to the company and they triytheir best to get that piece to me.

Sehr stabil und gut zu zerlegen. Damit lässt sich Speck und Schinken wirklich Hauch dünn schneiden.

We bought this item back in August 2026, and I have NO complaints. I've used many type thoughout my Cooking carreer and this slicer is of equal of better quality. Evwn compared to the Hobart style, ths unit meets all expectations. I will admit I hesitated on my purchase, but am very glad I bought this slicer. Easy to teardown and clean, has all the features one could want, slices paper thin cuts and has not disapoint us. Well worth the price. This was a Great purchase.
